OPERATIONAL NOTES: A new capture frame is uploaded to the server every five minutes when the grabber is running. Due to the present experimental nature of this Grabber, the system may be offline at any time. It will normally be offline during daylight hours, because I am upstream data volume limited on a 30 day cycle. Occasionally, rain storms will shut down my satellite uplink to the internet, preventing new frames from being uploaded to the server.
