Warranty Service and Upgrade Information

• We offer a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our assembled circuit boards. Please contact us before returning a unit for warranty service.


• Kits assembled by the purchaser are also have a one (1) year warranty against component failure.


• Mechanical or accidental damage is not covered, such as, you dropped it on the floor and then accidentally stepped on it.


• Breakage of components or damage caused by excessive heat while soldering during assembly of kits is not covered under warranty.


• If you return a unit to us for warranty or repair service, you must pay the shipping costs from you to us, and we will pay the return shipping cost back to you. Please be sure to insure your repair shipment to us, as we are not responsible for loss should the shipment be lost in transit from you to us.


• We reserve the right to make improvements to our products. Our warranty does not require us to upgrade or replace any units already sold. In some cases we may be able to add certain upgrades to existing units. Such upgrades will be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for upgrade information and cost.


• For all warranty claims, please contact us by email or telephone before returning equipment for service.


• Out-of-Warranty repair service is at the rate of $20/hour, with a maximum charge of $50 per item, unless otherwise specified.
